THIS IS NOT A COOKING SHOW. This was just something I thought I would share because I don’t cook things that take this much time and energy very often. But this is my favorite dish my mom used to make and my first attempt at making it. Enjoy.

what i’m dying about is the side-to-side “mom movement” you have while holding that baby. it’s totally subconscious. you can see it when a mom is waiting in a line with a baby in her arms doing it, and all the women (and sometimes men) behind her in line start slowly moving back & forth. i was wondering what the rocking was, and then i realised, “HAHA! it’s the auto-mommo move!” hilarious - what an adorable baby.
