I can’t thank you enough for helping me out tonight, Clint. I never would have made it through the presentation if you had not been there. Only five minutes, so much to say. As it was I only got through about half. What would I do without you? I’m sorry I didn’t give you more speaking time - that stank. But you rocked it, and I’m glad we got to spotlight your site for the vPIP segment. Anyway, thank you a million times for coming out there and for giving me a hand so willingly. You ROCK. I started watching the video and noticed the links. I was a little bummed you didn’t link to me, but then I got to the end of the video and you mentioned mine. 10x cooler than getting a link! Thanks man!
And for the record, XID is not ‘an alternative to OpenID’ — I will eventually implement OpenID on the site so people can manage their XID card using their OpenID identity. XID is, however, an alternative to stuff like Plaxo Pulse, or Google Social Graph API, or FOAF, etc.
It’s great to hear that you find the idea exciting. Such excitement is essential for the project to be successful.
