Jeeze, I must be out of it! Didn’t know about VideoBlogging Week. I posted two yesterday so I guess that can cover Mondays absence.

Be careful with the spots. I had a large one removed from my lower back many many many years ago. A biopsy showed it was Basal. Been getting check-ups ever since.
